Flat 20% fee on all student wages. That's the base. On top of that, platform subscriptions scale with your usage: Starter ($49/mo, up to 3 students), Builder ($149/mo, up to 10), Operator ($399/mo, unlimited), and Enterprise ($999/mo, dedicated account manager). Payments are processed bi-weekly through the platform. We handle every tax form and compliance requirement. Hiring a student full-time is a flat $2,500 conversion fee.
No. uflex handles contracts, 1099 classification, payment processing, and compliance. You never file a form, chase a timesheet, or deal with misclassification risk. Students are engaged as independent contractors through the platform. All you do is post the work, approve the output, and pay one invoice.
